The Bellwood is Atsushi Suzuki's homecoming project after six years in New York and Shanghai, combining a traditional Japanese setting with modern drinks construction. Cocktails follow the order of kaiseki, so expect a BW Martini (shishito-distilled gin, tomato, gari, burnt yuzu, dashi olives) for the first-course sakizuke (appetiser) and Genmai Mango Sazera
