The Mostly Harmless experience begins with guests having their name written on its white wall tiles, before diving head-first in the rotating selection of creations that maximise local, seasonal ingredients. In April 2025, the bar took the bold leap to become entirely alcohol-free in the pursuit of new ways to explore flavour and texture.
